Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all Shumee tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
